ONLINE CHANGES

For the purposes of Black Friday, the products purchased before November 25 can’t longer be exchanged. Purchases made in our discount campaign from November 25 to December 1st, 2020 may be exchanged or returned from the day of purchase and up to 30 calendar days after the shopping, in case you are not satisfied with the product, it does not fit or it has manufacturing defects, do not worry! You can make a change completely free by following these steps:

  1. Send an email maximum of 30 calendar days after your purchase to sos@someonesomewhere.com adding the next requirements: full name, email, order number, the reasons for the change, and a photo as evidence (in case of a defect) In an email we will confirm if your request was approved*

Return Policies

We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once a return is started online, you have 30 days to send it back. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. 

  • All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging and including all tags.
  • Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
  • Store credit is only available in the US.

 Exchange Policies

We provide a combination of free returns, U.S. free shipping, and store credit for all U.S. orders to make sure you receive the correct size/item. To get this going, log into your account and start an exchange process. After answering a few questions we’ll send over a prepaid return shipping label. After you ship the package back to us and the warehouse receives it, our warehouse will process your exchange and we’ll email you about your store credit refund. You can then use this store credit to make your exchange purchase.

Purchases may be returned within 30 days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with.

No worries! We got you. You can start an exchange process within 30 days of the purchase date. After that, you can redeem your store credit refund to make your exchange purchase.
